Nationals
· Leave Godwin at 12:30
· If you need to leave later Laura Wheat is leaving at 5PM. Talk with her to see if she has room
· Bring $7 for dinner
· The hotel does not have breakfast so remember to bring your own food. We are stopping for lunch after the race so bring money if you want food.
· Saturday’s races are at 9AM and 10AM. Not sure who goes first.
· Awards at noon. Should be back at JMU around 5PM

-Warm Winter Wish (participation point)
· Usually the Wednesday of exam week for a couple hours. Time TBA.
· You can get participation point by donating money ($5) and/or helping wrap gifts on that Wednesday.
· If you are donating money please bring your money to the next meeting

-Sweatshirts
· Light gray with purple writing. Design not yet made. We will email you the design/money information so you can bring your money to the next meeting if you want one.

-Website
· Upcoming information, race signups, meeting minutes will now be posted on a blog website. http://www.xcandtrack.blogspot.com/ sign up with a user name

-Finals study break!
· Friday Dec. 5 at Anne’s (1044A South View) 7-10PM come celebrate the holidays. We will be making cookies, watching Christmas movies, tye-dying, having fun

-Relay for life is in April but start getting the word out and raising money. Our club is signed up so help raise support.

Announcements:

1. General body meeting this Wednesday (November 5) We’ll be going over nationals, handing out warm-ups, uniforms, bag, and club t-shirts if you have not already picked them up. Please check your e-mail to see the roster for Nationals. If for some reason you signed up and can’t come anymore, you will have to reimburse the team since we had to pay per running instead of as a team. It’s somewhere around $5-10 dollars. Please let us know if you have any questions!

2. We are bringing the blog back to make information more readily available. You are welcome to post comments and questions and I will try to respond to them as quickly as I can. Please e-mail Laura Cascio casciolm@jmu.edu with any questions!
